Pharmacologically active dauricine is a strong Ca ion antagonist with potential antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic activities. Batsuline is a pure alkaloid isolated from the total alkaloids of Sophora amurensis. After bromomethylation, head-dropping test and neuromuscular transmission block test in vivo were carried out, and it was found that it has muscle relaxation effect. It has been used in the clinical practice of anesthesia surgery. In the observation of 19 cases with 35 times of medication, it was confirmed that the anesthesia is shallow, muscle relaxation is insufficient, and the operation is difficult (peritoneal exploration, chemical book examination, peritoneal suture), Batsuline was added. So as to overcome the lack of muscle relaxation and successfully complete the operation. Through animal experiments and clinical practice verification, it is proved that dauricine does have muscle relaxation effect. It can be considered that this drug is a non-depolarizing muscle relaxant because of its relaxant paralysis at the time of death of chicks, its obvious synergistic effect with curculine, its antagonistic effect on neostigmine and calcium gluconate, and the clinical observation of electromyography that there is facilitation after tetanic stimulation.
