Biological activity: Tetrahydromagnolol (Magnolian), the main metabolite of Magnolial, is an effective selective cannabinoid CB2 receptor agonist, with EC50 of 170 nM and Ki of 416 nM. The selectivity of Tetrahydromagnolol to CB2 receptor is 20 times higher than that of CB1 receptor. Tetrahydromagnolol is also a weak GPR55 receptor antagonist
