Gomisin D(60546-10-3)

Biological activity: GomisinD is a lignan compound isolated from Fructus Schisandra, a potential anti diabetes drug and anti Alzheimer drug Chemicalbook. GomisinD can inhibit the activity of UDP-glucuronosyltransferase and eliminate ABTS (+) free radicals. GomisinD is used as the quality marker of Shengmai Powder and Shenqi Jiangtang Granules.

Chemical properties: white crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, from Schisandra chinensis.

Purpose: for content determination/identification/pharmacological experiment, etc.

Pharmacological effect: used for anti-inflammatory and liver protection activities
